SHIPPING METHOD
At The Lederer, we work all the Leather product & Stitching pack by pre-order, once we have complete your piece to our satisfaction , we will ship it to you by the estimated dispatch date.
“The Dispatch date is an estimation.”
Since our product are handmade, for that reason, we can’t guarantee the items ship out on time.
If you find your order hasn’t shipped out by the estimated dispatch date, please feel free to reach out.
Details of shipping:
Product would be shipped around 1-14 working days once the order has been confirmed.
Stitching Pack will try our best to ship out within 3 working days.
Readymade Product (100% Handmade) will try our best to ship out within 7-14 working days.
Leather , Tools and Product care will try our best to ship out within 3 working days.
(The shipping period is not included weekends & holidays)

Customer can use White Glue to replace ( Leather Glue )
Water can use Water to replace Leather Finishing for Polishing

The fee is depends on destination and weight.
We mainly settle your shipment with FedEx, Our Website will calculate the right amount.
Duties & Taxes :
You have to settle your tax and duties with FedEx when you receive your order.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thanks for shopping at The Lederer. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases, we’re here to help.
The item must be in good condition, unused and undamaged with original package and tags should be returned.
Valid order number should be provided.
Client is responsible for any shipping charge.
Invalid Return :
We can not offer returns on pre-order items ( such as engraved name product // custom made order)
and the other can not be withdraw or canceled for any reason.
